The purpose of these regulations is to establish uniform provisions
for benefits applicable to all full-time, permanent Village employees.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Paid vacation, sick leave, personal time, bereavement longevity,
and membership in the employee health insurance program and retirement system.
Benefits shall be available to all full-time, permanent Village employees.

on a regular basis by the week which shall consist of a workweek of 35 hours
to 40 hours as designated.
