It is the purpose of this district to encourage
the preservation of the most productive farmland within the Township
for agricultural use. The land is to be used for agriculture and agriculture-related
uses.
In an AB District, the following regulations
shall apply.
The minimum lot area shall be two acres.

The minimum front yard shall be 50 feet measured
from the street line. The minimum rear and side yards shall be 50
feet. Accessory uses, other than those intended to temporarily or
permanently house animals, shall be able to be constructed in the
rear and side yard setbacks so long as the proposed accessory structure
is constructed no less than 15 feet from the rear or side lot lines.
In the event that the proposed accessory structure is intended to
house animals, the accessory structure must be constructed outside
the fifty-foot side and rear yard setbacks.
The maximum building height shall be 35 feet.
The minimum lot width measured at the street
line shall be not less than 200 feet.
At least 90% of the lot shall be maintain open
area.
Each use shall comply the performance standards contained within §
184-150.
