Township of Upper Pottsgrove, PA Article V Metropolitan Regional Planning Commission

§ 27-14 Land use planning, zoning and Commission operating standards.

The Upper Pottsgrove Township Board of Commissioners does hereby agree that it shall adhere to and be guided by the standards set forth in the ICIA on matters pertaining to land use planning, zoning and the operation of the Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Planning Commission.

§ 27-15 Adoption and execution of agreement. [1]

The Upper Pottsgrove Township Board of Commissioners does hereby adopt the Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Intergovernmental Cooperative Implementation Agreement for Regional Planning, and the appropriate Township Officials are hereby authorized to execute same.

§ 27-16 Repealer.

With the adoption of this article for the Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Intergovernmental Cooperative Implementation Agreement for Regional Planning, Ordinance No. 328, authorizing the creation of the Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Planning Commission, shall be repealed.[1]
