All applications for permits for the installation
of individual or community sewage systems shall be made in the form
and manner prescribed by the Department of Environmental Protection
and/or the Health Department. The person, persons or entity making
any such application shall pay all application, inspection and other
fees and costs, and deposits therefor, as may be required by either
or both of said departments in connection with the application for
and issuance of the permits.
