The Office of Planning and Development is hereby
created, to be headed by a person with indicated competence in two
or more of the following: land use planning and zoning, construction
code enforcement, housing code enforcement and environmental code
enforcement.
The Office shall perform all appropriate functions
associated with the following and such others as may be assigned from
time to time:
