The Council shall designate one of its members
as Deputy Mayor to act as Mayor during the Mayor's absence or disability.
The Deputy Mayor shall preside at all meetings of the Township Council
and execute all bonds, notes, deeds, contracts and written obligations
on behalf of the Township in the event of the inability of the Mayor
to do so.
