A.Â
It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or
association to engage in or allow, permit or suffer any person to
appear on a commercial establishment, in any performance, nude or
any female topless.
B.Â
No person, corporation or association shall employ,
allow, permit or suffer any waitress, barmaid or any other person
who comes in contact with the patrons of any commercial establishment
to appear in the presence of such patrons nude, indecently attired
or, if female, topless.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Any public place or place open to the public or to which
the public is invited, within the limits of the Township.
The exhibiting of human male or female genitals or pubic
area or indecent attire with less than a fully opaque covering or
the depiction of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.
Any play, show, act, scene, sketch, skit, preview, dance
or other live exhibition performed before a public audience.
Having the female breast unclothed or clothed with a less
than fully opaque garment.
