No person shall operate or cause to be operated any motor- or powerboat,
whether inboard or outboard, upon Brainerd Lake or any of its tributaries
within the Township of Cranbury,
Notwithstanding the above-mentioned provisions, a special temporary
permit may be issued by the Cranbury Township Committee for the operation
of a motor- or powerboat upon Brainerd Lake when and if the same shall become
necessary for purposes of cleaning, dredging or similar purposes necessary
or incident to the proper care and maintenance of the same.
