There is hereby designated as the sanitary landfill disposal area for the Township of Cranbury, which shall be the only place or places within said Township designated and authorized for disposal of any garbage, trash, waste or refuse of any nature whatsoever, the following described property: All those certain lots or plots of land located in the Township of Cranbury, in the County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey, being known as Lots 4 and 13 in Block 6 on the Tax Map of the Township of Cranbury.

Anything in this section to the contrary notwithstanding, the same shall not be construed as to prevent the disposal of garbage, trash or ordinary refuse, as distinguished from industrial production waste by any industry operating within the Township of Cranbury.
