There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing
rules and regulations for the operation and government of the Lavallette
Police Department a manual entitled "Lavallette Police Department
Rules and Regulations." The aforesaid manual is incorporated by reference
in this chapter, and three copies of the manual are on file in the
office of the Borough Clerk.
The rules and regulations for the operation
and government of the Lavallette Police Department as contained in
the "Lavallette Police Department Rules and Regulations" may be changed,
altered, supplemented and amended by resolution duly adopted by the
Borough Council.
