The salaries, compensation and benefits of employment of all officers
and employees of the Borough of Lavallette shall be set forth in the annual
Salary Ordinance and any employment agreement which the Borough may enter
into with its officers and employees.
A copy of the current Salary Ordinance and any employment agreement
pertaining to officers or employees of the Borough of Lavallette shall be
kept on file in the office of the Borough Clerk for examination and inspection
by the public. The filing of all Salary Ordinances and employment agreements
with the Borough Clerk shall be in lieu of codification of same.
