The ice-skating rink of the Borough of Mendham shall be under the jurisdiction of the Recreation Committee of the Borough Council.[1]

The Recreation Committee is hereby authorized to formulate rules of conduct for the users of said rink and others who may be upon the park grounds immediately surrounding said rink, said rules to be approved by the governing body. The rules shall not be in force and effect until they are conspicuously posted at the rink. No person shall be allowed in said rink or on the park grounds surrounding the same who shall act in a loud, boisterous, lewd or indecent manner or who shall curse or swear or who shall be in an intoxicated condition; and any such person shall be excluded therefrom by the Recreation Committee or such other authorized officer or employee of the borough.

Any person or persons who shall shall act in a loud, boisterous, lewd or indecent manner or who shall there curse or swear or who shall there be in an intoxicated condition or violate any of the rules of the rink shall be subject, upon conviction, to the penalties provided in § 1-15 of this Code, in the discretion of the Judge imposing the same.
