No person shall skateboard, roller-skate or roller-blade upon the streets
or sidewalks in the Mendham Village Shopping Center or any other shopping
center in the Borough of Mendham to which the public is invited, at or upon
the gazebo at Borough Park, upon the Borough tennis courts or upon the grounds
of the Hilltop School, the Mountainview School or the West Morris Mendham
High School.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction,
be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 and/or 20 hours of community service.
