Within any 1/4-Acre Residence Zone, no building or land shall be used in whole or in part for any other than the following specified purposes:
A. 
Any use specified in Article IV as permitted in the 5-Acre, 3-Acre, 1-Acre and 1/2-Acre Residence Zones (subject to the terms and conditions stated therein), but excluding the maintenance of livestock.

B. 
A two-family dwelling, arranged so as to provide independent living units, provided that no such use shall be permitted on a lot of less than 1/2 acre in size. Permitted accessory uses shall include solar panel systems subject to the standards set forth in § 215-31.1.

C. 
When granted a conditional use permit by the Planning Board and subject to site plan approval, multifamily dwelling complexes, including townhouses, senior citizen housing complexes and apartment complexes, including solar panel systems as an accessory use subject to the standards set forth in § 215-31.1, provided that the following requirements are met:

(1) 
Minimum size of lot: four acres.
(2) 
Minimum width of lot: 400 feet.
(3) 
Minimum depth of lot: 400 feet.
(4) 
Minimum width of two side yards, each: 100 feet.
(5) 
Minimum depth of rear yard: 100 feet.
(6) 
Minimum depth of front yard: 100 feet.
