GENERAL REFERENCES
Administrator — See Ch. 5.
There is hereby created the Office of Township Administration within
the Township of Middle.
The Office of Township Administration shall include the following offices
and personnel:
A.
Township Administrator.
B.
Deputy Township Administrator.
C.
Township Clerk.
D.
Deputy Clerk.
E.
Registrar of Vital Statistics.
F.
Secretary to the Mayor and Committee.
G.
Township Personnel Director.
H.
Any and all other persons heretofore working under or
in conjunction with any of the aforedescribed titles.
The various officials contained in the Office of Administration shall
perform their functions as mandated by statute or ordinance in concert with
each other under the coordination of the Township Administrator.
The purpose of the Office of Administration shall be to provide effective,
coordinated administrative services to the township government and to the
people of the Township of Middle.
A.
The position of Deputy Township Administrator is hereby
created.
B.
The Deputy Township Administrator shall work under the
direction of the Township Administrator. All township departments, with the
exception of the Police Department, shall report directly to the Deputy Township
Administrator. The Deputy Township Administrator will handle the day-to-day
operations of the township departments under the direction of the Township
Administrator.
