The possession, carrying or consumption of any
alcoholic beverage in an open container on the streets, highways,
public rights-of-way and public recreation areas within the Township
of Middle is hereby prohibited.
The possession, carrying or consumption of any
alcoholic beverage in an open container by any person trespassing
upon private property within the Township of Middle without the knowledge
and consent of the owner, occupant or other person in charge of said
private property is hereby prohibited.
No person, firm or corporation licensed to sell
alcoholic beverages within the Township of Middle shall sell, serve
or deliver any alcoholic beverages for consumption off the licensed
premises except in the original unopened container.

The violation of any of the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction, be punishable by one or more of the
following: imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or a fine not to exceed
$1,000 or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.

Violation of this Article III constitutes a breach of the peace.
