It shall be unlawful for any person under the
age of 21 years to possess or consume any alcoholic beverages within
the confines of the Township of Middle in, at or on any public place
or in, at or on any private place unless said person is in the presence
of and has the consent of his or her parent or guardian.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall be subject to a penalty of up to $1,000 or up to
180 days of community service or up to 90 days in jail, or any combination
thereof.
