No person or entity shall be eligible to apply for a Housing Rehabilitation
Grant with the Township of Middle unless he/she/it provides proof of a minimum
of five years residency in the premises to be rehabilitated.
No person or entity may apply for a Housing Rehabilitation Grant from
the Township of Middle more often than once every 10 years in each category
of grant maintained by the township.
