A. 
Speed limits are established for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I (§ 236-29), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
All necessary regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 236-30), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a left turn at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 236-31), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a U-turn at any of the locations described in Schedule IV (§ 236-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 236-33), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VI (§ 236-34), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.
B. 
If a street is not designated as a through on Schedule VI (§ 236-34), it shall be a “no through street.” Signs reading “No Through Traffic" may be installed on the near right side of each no through street where it intersects with other streets so that it is visible from the other streets.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 236-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 236-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in Schedule IX (§ 236-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are designated as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as directed.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 236-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as no-passing zones to be established and maintained as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 236-39), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule XI being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1, the streets or parts of streets as described in Schedule XII (§ 236-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as routes for trucks over four tons. All trucks having a total combined weight of vehicle plus load in excess of four tons shall be excluded from all streets except from those streets which form a part of the system of truck routes.

The locations described in Schedule XXII (Section 236-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as Mid-Block Crosswalks.
