As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
The Board of Health of the Borough of Rockaway.
The Board of Health of the Borough of Rockaway.
The Borough of Rockaway.
That certain code approved by the State Department of Health
for adoption by reference by local Boards of Health in accordance
with law, being a code regulating and providing for inspection of
dwellings to ensure that dwellings within the Borough of Rockaway
do not have defects increasing the hazards of fire, accident or other
calamities or causing lack of adequate ventilation, light or sanitary
facilities, are not in a state of dilapidation, disrepair, structural
unsoundness or are not unclean and fixing penalties for violations
thereof.
A.
There is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by
reference and made a part hereof the whole of the New Jersey State
Housing Code as if set forth herein at length.
B.
In accordance with law, the required number of printed
copies of the New Jersey State Housing Code have been placed on file
in the office of the Borough Clerk and in the office of the Department
of Health of the Borough of Rockaway and shall remain on file in said
offices for the use and examination of the public so long as this
article shall remain in effect.
