There is hereby adopted pursuant to and in accordance
with the Public Health and Sanitation Codes Adoption by Reference
Act (N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 26:3-69.6), for the purpose of regulating
the design and installation of individual subsurface sewage disposal
systems, that certain code known as the "Individual Sewage Disposal
Systems Code of New Jersey (1963)" (N.J.A.C. 7:9-2.1, et seq.). Not
fewer than three copies of said regulations shall be filed in the
office of the Borough Clerk and in the Office of the Department of
Health of the Borough of Rockaway and shall remain on file for the
use and examination by the public for as long as this article shall
be in effect.
Said regulations are hereby adopted and incorporated
as fully as if set out at length herein. Any amendments, alterations
or supplements to the regulations adopted herein shall be automatically
effective in the Borough and shall be incorporated in this article
as if set out at length herein.
