The power to promulgate rules and regulations
for the issuance of appearance tickets by certain City employees authorized
or required so to do to enforce any statute, local law, ordinance,
rule or regulation relating to parking, licensing, fire prevention
and safety, health and sanitation and building zoning and planning
is hereby delegated to the City Manager.
