No person shall throw, drop or place, or shall
cause or procure to be thrown, dropped or placed, in or upon any road,
highway, street, avenue or public place any glass, tacks, nails, pieces
of metal or other substances which are likely to injure or damage
any rubber-tired vehicle.
An offense against the provisions of this article
shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment
for not more than 15 days, or both.
