As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
SMALL ARMS AMMUNITION
Any cartridges for shotguns, rifles, pistols or revolvers.
No person shall, without the permission of the Board of Trustees, dispose of or discharge any firearms, pyrotechnics or small arms ammunition within the limits of the Village.

In the event that permission is given for any of the purposes enumerated in § 106-2, such permit shall indicate the exact time when, the place where, and the detailed method by which the act permitted is to be executed, and suitable indemnity shall be given to the Village against all claims against the Village arising from the act so permitted, if required by the Mayor.
Nothing in this article shall be held to apply to the possession, sale or use of normal stocks of flashlight composition by photographers or dealers in photographic supplies.
