The Borough of Churchill by and under the power granted by § 9
of the Act of May 16, 1923 (P.L. 207, No. 153)[1] as amended by Act No. 1981-113, and known as the "Municipal Claim
and Tax Lien Law" hereby sets the rate of interest on all unpaid municipal
claims, including but not limited to taxes and sewer rates, at the maximum
permitted under said Act.
