A.
Within six months following acceptance of this franchise, the grantee shall undertake all necessary steps to construct and thereafter operate and maintain a state of the art communications system. The Board may grant an extension in time, provided that the grantee has just cause for requesting an extension. B.
The grantee shall provide the Township a full description of the system proposed for construction and shall, upon completion of the system upgrade, submit to the Township "as built" maps for the entire system, as upgraded, to the extent such maps have not been previously provided to the Township.
C.
Grantee agrees to comply with each of the terms set forth in this section to the franchise governing construction and technical requirements or any upgrade of the system in addition to any other requirements or procedures reasonably specified by the Township and consistent with the franchise.
A.
The system shall be designed so that it may be interconnected with other cable systems.
B.
The franchisee shall, at the request of the Township, and at its own expense, interconnect with other cable and telecommunications systems.
A.
After cable service has been established by activating trunk distribution cable for any area, grantee shall provide cable/telecommunications service to any household requesting cable service within that area.
B.

Each of these installations shall include signal drop, at least one outlet, and one converter (or such other terminal equipment as may be necessary to provide an electronic interface with a television receive). Grantee will provide internal building wiring at its own cost for time and materials, and such wiring and other equipment as may be necessary shall remain the property solely of grantee. The public buildings to be provided in this section shall include, but are not limited to:
(1)
All fire companies.
(2)
All owned or leased Township buildings.
(3)
The Public Works Garage.
(4)
