Grantee shall not deny service, deny access, or otherwise discriminate
against subscribers, programmers, or general citizens on the basis of race,
color, religion, national origin, sex, or age. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
grantee may offer price discounts to senior citizens. Grantee shall comply
at all times with all applicable federal, state, and Township laws, and all
executive and administrative orders relating to nondiscrimination.
Grantee shall comply with all privacy provisions of Section 6.31 of
the Cable Act, 47 U.S.C. § 543, as amended.
