A.
Private driveways shall enter a street no closer than
40 feet from any street to which they are roughly parallel.
B.
Where required by other ordinances of the Township,
paving shall be in accordance with Exhibit A.[1]

C.
The line of the street gutter shall follow an even
grade past any private driveway. Drain pipes shall be provided only
with express permission of the Township.
D.
The width, radius, grade, and construction of driveways
shall be in accordance with the minimum requirements shown on Exhibit
A.
E.
No driveway shall be surfaced, widened or extended
and no new driveway shall be constructed in such a manner that it
obstructs the flow of surface water along the curb, gutter or street,
or obstructs the normal maintenance or plowing of the street by the
Township. Any such obstructions may be removed by the Township which
shall charge the cost thereof to the property owner.
F.
If a driveway is to be extended or constructed over
a drainage ditch, the property owner at his expense shall install
a pipe in the ditch in order to permit the surface water to flow unimpeded.
The size and type of pipe shall be approved by the Township.
Before constructing, widening or extending any
private driveway, the property owner must submit an application with
a sketch of the proposed work and obtain a permit. No permit shall
be required for the resurfacing of a driveway.
The Township shall be notified of any construction
in ample time to allow for the inspection of said work.

Any person who violates or permits the violation
of any provision of this chapter shall, upon being found liable therefor
in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the Township before
a District Justice, pay a fine for each such violation in an amount
not less than $100 and not more than $600, plus all court costs, including
reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the Township. No judgment
shall be imposed until the date of the determination of a violation
by the District Justice. If the defendant neither pays nor timely
appeals the judgment, the Township may enforce the judgment pursuant
to the applicable rules of civil procedure.
