Nonputrescrible solid waste.
There is hereby established a program for the mandatory separation by residents of a minimum of three recyclable materials and leaf waste from garbage, trash and debris within the Township of East Whiteland. Said person must obtain a license from the Township and comply with all applicable provisions of § 163-9, including the payment of the required fee.
