No person, firm or corporation shall keep any
pig or hog at any place within the Borough of Edgewood, nor shall
any person, firm or corporation maintain any pig pen or hog pen at
any place therein.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which
shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction
thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs
of prosecution, for each and every such violation, and, in default
of payment thereof, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Provided
that each day's continuance of a violation of any provision of this
article shall constitute a separate violation.
