GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 193.
As used in this chapter, the term "bicycle"
shall have the same meaning as "pedalcycle" as defined in the Vehicle
Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 102.
The operation of bicycles on sidewalks shall
be regulated as set forth in 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3508.
All persons shall operate their bicycles in
a safe manner, in accordance with 75 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3504,
3505 and 3506.
All other provisions of the Vehicle Code applicable
to bicycles and pedalcycles, as set forth in 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3501
et seq., shall be controlling within the Borough.
Any person who shall violate any provision of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced as set forth
in 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3502.
