It shall be unlawful for any minor under 18 years of age to be or remain on the streets, alleys, parks, or public places within the Borough of Edgewood between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., provided, however, that this section shall not be applicable for such minor under 18 years of age who is accompanied by parent, guardian or other person having the legal custody of such person, or if such person under the age of 18 years is quietly, peacefully and directly on the way home from a party, entertainment, educational gathering, Borough function, athletic event, or other activity or event approved by the parent, guardian, or other person having the legal custody of said person under 18 years of age.
It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other person having the legal custody of said person under 18 years of age to allow or permit such person under 18 years of age to be or remain on the streets, alleys, parks, or public areas in the Borough of Edgewood between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. in violation of § 110-1 of this chapter.[1]

Any person who shall be convicted of violating § 110-1 or § 110-2 of this chapter before the District Magistrate of the Borough may be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $25, and the costs of prosecution, and in default of the payment of the same, to undergo imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding five days, or both. Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
