pickup of the commingled recyclable material by resolution. Recycling
bins are to be placed at the curb front of the property not more than
24 hours in advance of the pickup.
The Borough will not charge a fee for this service,
but rather seek grants from the various agencies that regulate recycling
in an effort to subsidize the operation of the program, purchase additional
recycling bins, expand the collection of recyclables, etc.
This article is effective retroactive to January
1, 2000, and shall be in full force and effect until amended or repealed.
