[Adopted 6-12-1989 as Res. No. 1989-41]
The Director of Finance and Administration be and the same is hereby appointed as the Chief Administrative Officer for all pension plans placed into effect by the Latrobe Council under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania requiring appointment of the same and as the "Plan Administrator" under Article II, § 26-6A, definition of "Plan Administrator," of this chapter, as amended and ratified.
This appointment shall be not only for the current
Director of Finance and Administration but shall apply to any subsequent
Director of Finance and Administration hired by Latrobe.
The within appointment shall be retroactive
to the initial date of employment of the current Director of Finance
and Administration.
By this article, Latrobe does hereby ratify all acts taken by the Director of Finance and Administration relating to the administration of the pension plans requiring acts to be performed by a Chief Administrative Officer and as the plan administrator under Article II, § 26-6A, definition of "Plan Administrator," of this chapter, as amended and ratified.
