The burial or interment of any deceased person
or persons shall be unlawful and is hereby prohibited within the limits
of Latrobe.

Any corporation, unincorporated society, person
or persons offending against the provisions hereof shall forfeit and
pay for the use of Latrobe, for each offense, a fine of not more than
$600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such
fine and costs, shall be subject to a period of imprisonment not to
exceed 30 days.
