The City of Latrobe does hereby approve and
adopt the local limits set forth in Exhibit A below to effectuate
the purposes of the pretreatment program rules and regulations and
to enforce the local limits established by the Latrobe Municipal Authority
for those sanitary sewer lines situate within the geographical confines
of the City of Latrobe.[1]

Editor’s Note: Subsequent to the adoption of Art. II, Local Limits for Sewer Discharges, Art. I, Sewage System and Treatment; Pretreatment, was repealed 11-10-2008 by Ord. No. 2008-11 (See now Ch. 311, Art. IV.); said ordinance further provided that the provisions of Ch. 79, Art. II, "not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect."
All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1998-16,[1] including but not limited to those provisions designating
the Latrobe Municipal Authority as the agency to enforce the rules
and regulations adopted by Ordinance No. 1998-16 and the local limits
adopted and approved by this article, not inconsistent herewith, shall
remain in full force and effect.
