Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations — See Ch. 470.
The position of Wetlands Enforcement Officer is created whose purpose shall be to:
A. 
Enforce remedies available to the Town for violations of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act of the State of Connecticut,[1] as enforced and administered by the Town of Killingworth Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission; and

B. 
Review proposed activities on real property in the Town to determine whether they constitute regulated activities as defined by the Inlands Wetlands and Watercourses Act.

The Wetlands Enforcement Officer shall be appointed as provided in § 8-7(d) of the Town Charter.
