At the discretion of the governing body, a Municipal
Prosecutor may be appointed as a position separate from that of the
Borough Attorney to represent the Borough on all Municipal Court matters
and any other matters in which the Borough may need someone to prosecute
charges. The manner of appointment, term of appointment and qualifications
for the position shall be the same as for the Borough Attorney. The
Prosecutor shall be paid reasonable fees and charges.
