All trash and garbage collected within the limits
of the Borough of Alpha and disposed of shall be disposed of by the
sanitary landfill method in accordance with the standards for the
design, operation and maintenance of sanitary landfills in the State
Sanitary Code or other applicable New Jersey statute(s).
This article has been adopted under the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 40:66A-31.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
fine not exceeding $1,250, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90
days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any
combination thereof.
