A.Â
For the purpose of this chapter, the terms and words listed in this section shall have the meanings herein given. Terms and words not defined herein shall be given the meanings provided under Chapter 350, entitled "Subdivision of Land," or Chapter 410, entitled "Zoning," if said terms are listed within either chapter. Other terms and words not defined in any of the foregoing sources shall have the meanings established by common usage of the words, unless the context herein clearly indicates to the contrary.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated:
Any person, company, firm, corporation, association or other
entity.
Any street, avenue, boulevard, highway, parkway,
viaduct, road, lane, alley or other way which is:
An existing state, county or Borough roadway.
Shown upon a plat heretofore approved pursuant
to law.
Approved by official action.
On a plat filed and recorded in the office of
the County Clerk prior to the appointment of a Planning Board and
the granting to such Board of power to review plats.
The term "street" includes the land between
street lines, whether improved or unimproved, and may comprise pavement,
shoulders, gutters, curbs, sidewalks, parking areas, and other areas
within the street lines.
