A.
Administrative agency. The provisions of this chapter shall be administered by the Borough of Alpha Planning Board in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq. and Chapter 57, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Borough of Alpha and all amendments and supplements thereto.
B.
Interpretation. The following rules shall apply in
the interpretation of this chapter:
(1)
In interpretation and applying the provisions of this
chapter, they shall be held to the minimum requirements adopted for
the promotion of the public health, safety, morals, convenience and
general welfare.
(2)
Where the provisions of this chapter impose greater
restrictions or higher standards than those of any statute, other
ordinance or regulation, the provisions of this chapter shall govern.

the provisions of such statute, ordinance or regulation shall govern.
