The provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary
to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with
the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the private roads, parking areas or driveways described in Schedule VIII, § 461-26.
No person shall stop a vehicle at any time upon any of the private roads, parking areas or driveways described in Schedule IX, § 461-27.
No person shall permit a vehicle under his/her control to stand at any time upon any of the private roads, parking areas or driveways described in Schedule X, § 461-28.
