The Town Clerk and Deputy Town Clerks are hereby designated as the town
records access officers pursuant to Article 6 of the Public Officers Law.
Town records may be requested and examined during regular Town Hall
office hours.
The fees for copies of records shall be $0.25 per photocopy not larger
than nine inches by 14 inches, or the actual cost of reproducing any other
record, except when a different fee is otherwise prescribed by statute.
