§ 60-1 Prohibited acts. [1]

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to burn trash, lumber, leaves, straw or other combustible material in any street, alley or vacant lot within Village limits.

§ 60-2 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of a minimum of $25 up to the maximum penalty of $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
