A. 
A return check fee service charge as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board for the Town Clerk's office and the Tax Office is hereby imposed.
B. 
The Town of Union hereby imposes a return check fee service charge as set from time to time by resolution of the Town Board for all departments within the Town of Union.
