§ 10-7 Creation; powers and duties; membership.

The Yorktown Conservation Board, created pursuant to § 239-x of the General Municipal Law, shall have all the powers as set forth therein and shall consist of 10 members who shall be appointed by the Town Board of the Town of Yorktown. Said members of the Conservation Board shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Board for a term not exceeding three years.
