From and after the effective date of this chapter, it shall be unlawful
for any person, persons, partnership, firm, organization or corporation to
enlarge existing cemeteries by adding thereto, or using for purpose of interment,
ground not now owned by the owners of such cemeteries.
From and after the effective date of this chapter, it shall be unlawful
for any person, persons, partnership, firm, organization or corporation to
inter any human bodies in any place within the Borough of Morrisville except
in ground now owned by the owners of existing cemeteries within the Borough.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provisions of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of
not more than $300, together with costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment
for a term not to exceed 30 days.
