Pursuant to the Act of February 1, 1966, as amended (53 P.S. § 46104), South Waverly Borough being a borough with fewer than 2,500 inhabitants, the offices of Secretary and Treasurer may be held by the same person.

Each Councilperson of the Borough of South Waverly elected or appointed to office on or after the effective date of this article shall receive compensation as a Councilperson in the annual amount of $600. Such compensation shall be paid in quarterly installments.
The South Waverly Borough Mayor shall receive compensation as the Mayor in the annual amount of $840. Such compensation shall be paid in quarterly installments.
