[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Brick 12-15-1970
by Ord. No. 93-70 (Ch. 36 of the 1989 Code). Amendments noted
where applicable.]
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq., as amended,
a body corporate and politic to be known as the "Housing Authority of the
Township of Brick" be and the same hereby is created and established.
The Township Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to file
a certified copy of this chapter with the executive officer of the Public
Housing and Development Authority in the State Department of Conservation
and Economic Development.
