Township of Lebanon, NJ Article IV Tax Assessor

§ 63-19 Statutory authority; term.

N.J.S.A. 40A:9-146 et seq. requires the appointment of a Municipal Tax Assessor, and the term of the Tax Assessor shall be four years pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-148.

§ 63-20 Position created. [1]

A position of Township Tax Assessor is created pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-146 et seq.

§ 63-21 Appointment.

The Township Committee shall appoint a suitable person to hold the office.
